入場チケットは200枚限定です。環境と周辺地域への配慮から入場者数を制限しています。会場でのチケット販売はありませんのでお早めのチケット購入をよろしくお願いします。
Tickets limited to 200 people! Out of respect for the environment and surroundings we are limiting the capacity to the event once the event is sold out there will be no tickets sold at the event. So get your tickets fast.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
規約と条件
- A ticket is only valid for one person. (Children under secondary school are free of charge.)
- A ticket is valid 2-days
- Loopy beach's exact location will be sent to ticket holders via e-mail 1 week before the event.
- Ticket holders will be asked to show ID to confirm ticket purchase in exchange for an event wristband.
- We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged wristbands and will not re-issue. Take care of your wristband and please do not take it off during the festival.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or canceled once it’s purchased.
- There will be no refund in case of cancellation due to artist cancellation, change, emergency, and unfortunate weather.

- Loopy beachの正確な位置は、イベントの1週間前にメールでチケット所有者だけに送信されます。
-当日、イベントのリストバンドを受け取るため、チケット所有者はチケットの購入を確認するためIDの提示を求められますのでIDの用意をお願いします。
- 紛失または破損したリストバンドについては責任を負いかねます。再発行はいたしませんので、 イベント中は取らない様にしてください。
- 一度購入したチケットはキャンセルまたは交換できません。
- アーティストのキャンセル、変更、緊急事態、および不幸な天候によるキャンセルの場合、返金はありません。
CAMPING RULES AND GUIDELINES
キャンプ規則とガイドライン
- A camping reservation is required for each tent. Please contact us to reserve your space.
- A tent space is 4m×4m per Camping Reservation. Please set up within this area.
- No tents or camping is allowed outside of the designated areas.
- No fire any allowed anywhere anytime during loopy beach. Only in the designated area. No charcoal grills are permitted.
- Please do not play loud sounds or music with speakers in the tent site areas.
- テントを張るにはキャンプ予約が必要なので必ずご予約のご連絡をしてください。
- テントスペースはキャンプ予約につき4m×4mです。 このエリア内に設置してください。
- 指定区域外でのテントやキャンプは禁止されています。
- ルーピービーチの間は指定区域以外ではBBQや焚火、火を起こす事は禁止されています。
- テント設置場所では、大きな音や音楽をスピーカーなどで出さないでください。
SAFeTY AND INFORMATION
安全ルール
- No glass bottles, fireworks, explosives, dangerous goods, and anything that is illegal under law is strictly prohibited. They will be confiscated and disposed of, or handed over to police on sight.
- Please if you smoke, bring and use a portable astray.
- Plastics, cans and combustible trash must be separated and can be disposed of at the designated trash areas. Please help by bringing your own garbage home.
- Pets are allowed, but please be responsible for anything that your pet might do, and please be mindful of your pet to prevent any trouble
- You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not responsible for any stolen or misplaced items.
- Loopy beach is held on beach land so, please be respectful to the land and nature in and around the festival.
- Swim at your own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty.
- No sleeping outside. only in designated camp areas. In camp areas, please keep quiet in the early morning and midnight.
- Loopy beach is an outdoor beach event. Please prepare for climate change and hot weather. During the event, please take care of yourself and drink a lot of water.
- ガラス瓶、花火、爆発物、危険物、その他法に違反するものは固く禁じられています。 発見次第、没収され処分されるか、または警察に手渡されます。
- 禁煙者は必ず携帯灰皿を持参してイベント中はポイ捨てをしないで下さい。
- プラスチック、缶および可燃性ゴミは分別し、指定されたゴミ区域に廃棄すること。
各自で出したゴミを持ち帰って頂けると幸いです。
- ペットは許可されていますが、必ず自己責任を持ってください。トラブルを防ぐため、ペットには十分注意してください。
- あなたはあなた自身の持ち物に対して責任があります。 盗難や紛失に関しては当社は一切責任を負いません。
- Loopy beachは海岸で開催されていますので、お祭りの中は周辺の土地や自然を尊重してください。
- ライフガードなどの監視員はいませんので自己責任で泳いでください。
- −指定のキャンプ場以外での宿泊はご遠慮下さい。キャンプ場では、早朝と深夜に静かにしてください。
- Loopy beachは屋外のビーチイベントです。 気候変動や暑さに備えてください。 イベント中は、体を大事にしてたくさんの水を飲んでください
Loopy, Loopy Staff and Artist are not responsible for trouble of any kind that occurs in or outside of the venue during the festival. Attendants must be responsible for themselves, their children, and pets. Thank you.

Loopy roof is also a celebration of art. The edible kid. Chefs from Alchemy, and Ember room will be working the grill serving up twist on classic American BBQ including a vegetarian menu for everyone enjoy lunch under the sun.
